The appeal is from an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee county which, acting under the provisions of sec. 262.19, Stats., 1 granted a stay of Wisconsin proceedings to permit the trial of the action in the foreign forum of New Jersey.

The principal question presented on this appeal is whether, under.the provisions of sec. 262.19, Stats., where the action was brought in Wisconsin for the breach of a policy of insurance insuring the marketability of the title to New Jersey real estate, it was an abuse of discretion for the trial judge to grant a stay of the Wisconsin action pending the…
