Jacquelin v. Zoning Hearing Board

BARBIERI, Senior Judge.

Henry Jacquelin (Jacquelin) appeals the order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas affirming the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Hatboro (Board) which denied Jacquelin’s request for a dimensional variance to construct a single-family residence. The trial court also affirmed the Board’s determination that the property in question is zoned R-l Residential. The trial court’s order is affirmed.
