RULING ON MOTION TO DISMISS
JANET BOND ARTERTON, District Judge.
In this diversity action, Plaintiff Clarice Collins claims that the University of Bridgeport (“University”) violated her rights under Conn. Gen.Stat. §§ 46a-58(a), 46a-60(a), 46a-63, and 46a-64 by discriminating against her on the basis of her age during her time as a student at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. The University now moves to dismiss [Doc. # 15] Collins’ Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.…
