Order, Supreme Court, New *815York County, entered October 15, 1975, directing the turnover of certain escrowed funds to the State Tax Commission, the Chase Manhattan Bank, and 480 Park Avenue Corporation and discharging the bank from all liability for the escrowed funds upon compliance with the court’s order, unanimously affirmed. Respondents State Tax Commission, Chase Manhattan and 480 Park Avenue shall recover of appellant one bill of $40 costs and disbursements of this appeal.
