PELL, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board has applied for enforcement of its order against Wire Products Manufacturing Corp., following a finding of the Company’s unfair labor practices in violation of §§ 8(a)(1), (3), and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 1 The Company has petitioned this court to review and set aside the order. Wire Products Manufacturing Corp., 198 NLRB No. 90. The controversy evolved from a lockout by the Company of its employees on September 17, 1970.
