MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HADEN, Chief Judge.
Pending is the remainder of Defendant’s motion for summary judgment as to Plaintiffs’ claims for intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The Court conducted extensive hearings pursuant to Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 509 U.S. 579, 113 S.Ct. 2786, 125 L.Ed.2d 469 (1993) on March 13, May 27-28 and July 6-7, 1998 relating to Plaintiffs’ experts.
