Plaintiff Wesley Odom, A Former Employee of Smith Barney Asset Management, LLC,1 brings this suit alleging violations of Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”); common law fraud and negligent misrepresentation; and violations of the Florida Whistleblower’s Act, Fla. Stat. §§ 448.101 et seq.
