Before the Court are a number of cases which involve the right of a Chapter 12 Debt- or to make direct payments to priority and secured creditors without recompense to the Chapter 12 Standing Trustee. In two of those cases, Thomas Lee Ferguson & Catherine Ann Ferguson, (FERGUSONS), Case No. 92-91658, and John Robert Westpfahl & Patricia Ellen Westpfahl, (WESTPFAHLS), Case No. 92-82691, the Debtors brought adversary proceedings against Michael D.
