I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is currently before the court on the motion of defendant, Anacomp, Inc. (“Anacomp”), for summary judgment (Doc. # 33) against plaintiff Shirley .M. Byle. This is an employment action in which plaintiff alleges she was discharged from her employment in retaliation for “whistleblowing.” She alleges she was terminated because she reported an improper billing to a customer and a submission by a supervisor of personal bills for corporate payment.
