Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial in Eritrea, Ethiopia, convicted the accused of three specifications alleging the theft of a substantial quantity of Government property, ranging from fly swatters, valued at ten cents each, to a box of electrostrip valued at $230.75. With some exceptions as to the quantity of particular items and the total value, the convening authority approved the findings of guilty and the sentence, which includes a dishonorable discharge.
