¶ 1 Appellant, Nathan Lerner, appeals from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, which sustained the preliminary objections of Ap-pellee, Helen Weingast Lerner M.D., and dismissed with prejudice Appellant’s “Dra-gonetti” complaint. 1 We affirm.
