It is strenuously contended in this case by counsel for plaintiffs in error, that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence, and that there is not sufficient evidence to sustain it. If this were the only objection urged against the judgment of the county court, we should not be inclined to disturb it. Section 27 of the Drainage act of June 27,1885, provides, that “the appeal shall be upon the ground only that such tax is a greater amount than the benefits to accrue to the land in question by the proposed drainage.” (3 Starr & Cur.
