This is an appeal by Louis Dreyfus Corporation (hereinafter “Dreyfus”) from a judgment in favor of Mrs. Sydney J. Butler, entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee following a memorandum decision by Chief Judge Brown. The complaint, based upon diversity of citizenship, was filed in that Court in 1968 by Drefus against Landon V. Butler, Mrs. Sydney J. Butler and others.
