This appeal is on questions of law from the Common Pleas Court where The Cleveland Boat Service, Inc., plaintiff-appellee, recovered a judgment upon a jury verdict for $50,000.00 against the City of Cleveland, defendant-appellant. The suit was for damages, the plaintiff claiming that the defendant interfered with land and property, held under a leasehold, in the construction of a Freeway adjacent to Lake Erie and known as Memorial Freeway East.
