These consolidated cross-appeals stem from the breakup of a closely-held corporation. Appellants Nicholas White, Mark Moersen, Taurus Manufacturing Company, and Optimas Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. appeal from the trial court’s judgment awarding damages to appellees Zhou Pei and Shaun White. In their first two issues, appellants challenge the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s findings of fraud by nondisclosure and fraudulent transfer, the latter being an alternative ground supporting the judgment.
