Action to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff in an automobile collision which occurred at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and San Antonio Boulevard, in the city of Long Beach. Atlantic Avenue runs practically north and south. It is intersected by San Antonio Boulevard at an obtuse angle. Plaintiff was traveling westerly on San Antonio Boulevard and the defendant was traveling north on Atlantic Avenue.
