OPINION

HATHAWAY, Judge.

This is an appeal from- the trial court’s ruling on appellants Loren and Catherine McPhersons’ (McPhersons) counter-claim to quiet title for a strip of property three feet wide and sixty-two feet long on the boundary between the McPhersons’ and appellees George and Joan Inchs’ (Inchs), residences. We affirm the judgment awarding a prescriptive easement to Inchs and vacate the order which would have allowed Inches to build a block wall on the easement.
