The proofs taken on the hearing of this proceeding in circuit court indicate that there was no material dispute between the parties as to the facts. On the 3d of February, 1955, a special election was held in defendant school district, at which certain questions were submitted to the voters. The first proposition had reference to the issuance of bonds, in an amount not exceeding $220,000, for the purpose of raising money to build and equip a schoolhouse.
