CAYTON, Associate Judge.
Plaintiff appeals from an order of dismissal for want of prosecution. The action, which was on a. promissory note, was within the $50 limitation; hence it was filed in the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch of the Municipal Court, where exclusive jurisdiction is reposed in claims of that size.1 When the case was called on the return day plaintiff answered by attorney; defendants, not being represented by counsel, appeared in person.
