Northeastern Pennsylvania Imaging Center (Northeastern) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Board of Finance and Revenue denying Northeastern’s petition for a refund of Pennsylvania sales tax it paid for the acquisition and installation of an MRI system and a PET/CT Scan system.1 Northeastern argues that the equipment was installed in connection with a construction contract and thereafter became a part of the real estate.
