Defendant Juan Galieia-Delgado (“Delgado”) appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York following his plea of guilty before Lawrence E. Kahn, Judge, convicting him of reentering the United States without permission after having been deported, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(b)(2), and sentencing him principally to 46 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by a three-year term of supervised release.
