Lillian M. O’Herin, the respondent herein, who claims title by bequest from John S. Palmer (who was the plaintiff and judgment creditor) to a judgment rendered in this cause in April, 1894, against the appellant, Laberee, and others, filed a motion to revive the judgment, proceeding under §§ 462, 463, 2 Hill’s Code, relating to the revival of judgments.
