DOYLE, Judge.

Mike Volk (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board which reversed a decision of a referee granting him total disability benefits.

The relevant facts are as follows. Claimant was employed by Consolidation Coal Company (Employer) from 1958 until September 9,1980. Claimant, thereafter, filed a claim petition for workmen’s compensation benefits alleging that he was totally disabled as of March 23, 1981, due to anthracosilicosis or coal worker’s pneumoconiosis.
