James A. Edmonds, Jr., as Commissioner of the Department of Real Estate (Commissioner), appeals from a judgment directing payment of $7,000 from the separate account in the real estate fund for purposes of real estate education, research, and recovery (the Fund) to Jeff V. Merrifield (plaintiff), who had obtained a judgment against Darrell Jones (defendant), a licensed real estate salesperson. Plaintiff also appeals.
