— Defendant appeals from a conviction of second-degree burglary. We affirm.
Defendant's assignments of error present three issues. One, should defendant have been granted a continuance so that he could determine before trial whether or not he would be a candidate for a habitual criminal proceeding? Two, should he have been granted a continuance to prepare himself to serve as co-counsel, pro se, in his trial?
