MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

GARRITY, District Judge.

Plaintiffs have sued the defendant Bank for damages allegedly caused by the defendant’s breach of an agreement with plaintiffs and others pertaining to a loan to a corporation, repayment of which was guaranteed by one of the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs assert federal jurisdiction under 12 U.S.C. § 632 on the basis that their suit arises out of traditional banking transactions executed by the defendant, which was organized under laws of the United States.
