The history of this suit, is that the Claughtons, as plaintiffs, brought a bill to quiet the tite to certain lands in Dade County, making the City of Miami and the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund parties defendants; the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund filed their answer, setting forth their claim to the lands in question and, having answered said bill, filed a counterclaim wherein the said Trustees prayed for a. decree of the Court confirming and quieting title in said Trustees to certain lands claimed by the plaintiffs, Claughtons, and that the Court decree the…
