It appears from the record before us that certain enterprising schemers who were mostly, if not all, nonresidents of this state, undertook to organize a manufacturing corporation under the laws of the state of Colorado to do business at St. Joseph in this state. It further appears that the alleged capital stock of the corporation was $1,000,000, but that not a cent of such capital, if subscribed, was paid.
