Tbe original petition in this Workmen’s Compensation case was filed on October 27, 1937, and was answered on January 7,1938.

On January 28, 1938, the trial court awarded compensation for permanent partial disability to the extent of twenty-five per cent in the snm of $6.04 per week for seventy-five weeks, dating from October 31, 1936-, on which day the injury occurred. The decree recited:
