SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING REHEARING AND CLARIFYING PRIOR MEMORANDUM OPINION

On March 31, 1993, the Court held a hearing on the Motion for Rehearing, Reconsideration or Clarification (the “Motion”) submitted by defendant Gale H. Touchstone (“Debtor” or “Touchstone”) with respect to the “Memorandum Opinion on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment”, 149 B.R. 721, dated January 29, 1993 (the “Prior Opinion”), and the Final Judgment entered by the Court on February 2, 1993. This opinion sets forth the Court’s ruling on the Motion.
