Cuevas v. Yellow Cab & Baggage Co.

This is an action, brought under the Lord Campbell’s Act, sections 30-809 to 30-810, Comp. St. 1929, to recover damages for the death of Sabino Rivera, aged 32 years, as a result of being struck by a cab of the defendant. The plaintiff sues as administrator of his estate.
