This is an action for damages for wrongful death, instituted in the district court for Lancaster county by. Lena *364Eaton, administratrix of the estate of Arthur Eaton, deceased, against the defendants, appellees, Gerald Merritt and Roger L. Merritt, as trustees of the D. H. Merritt estate and individually. At the conclusion of plaintiffs evidence, defendants moved for a directed verdict, which the court sustained. Plaintiff appeals.
