State Ex Rel. Missouri Mutual Ass'n v. Allen

Certiorari to quash opinion of respondents, Judges of the Springfield Court of Appeals, in the case of Izadore Macan, plaintiff, v. Missouri Mutual Association, an insurance company, defendant, reported in 60 S.W.2d 402. Relator, defendant in said action, had issued a policy of insurance for $1000 upon the life of one Barbara Soptich, in which Macan was named as beneficiary.
