RAYMOND, District Judge.

A summary of the two stipulations of fact filed in this cause appears in the findings of fact filed with this opinion. Nothing would be gained by repetition.

Act No. 18 of the Extra Session of the Michigan Legislature of 1934 provides that every mortgage intended to operate as a mortgage of goods and chattels covering future advancements shall be absolutely void as against the creditors of the mortgagor beyond the sum stated therein.
