In this petition for a writ of error a single justice has reported for our determination the correctness of his order allowing the petitioner’s motion that the Commonwealth furnish the petitioner a free transcript of the evidence taken at his trial on the merits at which he was convicted of incest, statutory rape, and committing unnatural acts.
