This is an appeal from an order of a single justice of this court dismissing a petition for writ of error. On September 21, 1970, the petitioner filed a petition for writ of error alleging that she was deprived of certain constitutional rights at her trial in the Municipal Court of the City of Boston. The respondent’s demurrer to the petition was sustained by a single justice.
