Appellant Donald M. Huberty appeals pro se from the District Court’s order dismissing his complaint pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6). For the following reasons, we will affirm the District Court’s order of dismissal.
Because we write primarily for the parties, we need not repeat the details of Hubert/s claims here. In brief, Huberty alleges that during a visit in November 2005 to the United States embassy in Cos-ta Rica, he was the victim of an assault and battery by the embassy security director.
