MEMORANDUM Rhonda Freeman claims that she received a phone call from a phone number pretending to be the Defense Logistics Agency. She also claims that the DLA is behind numerous bioterrorism, stalking, and hacking attacks against her. Ms. Freeman’s claims against DLA fail for three reasons.
