In three points relied on, Ralph Anthony Barry (“Movant”) appeals the motion court’s denial after an evidentiary hearing of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief.1 Movant’s first point challenges the sufficiency of Count III of the State’s Information. His second point claims that his plea counsel was ineffective for failing to ask the plea court to allow Movant to withdraw his guilty plea.
