The bill in this case was filed by the Third National Bank in Nashville, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the United States, individually as a creditor, and in its capacity as a coex-ecutor of the will of Fitzgerald Hall, deceased, and in its capacity as Trustee under a Trust agreement entered into by it and Fitzgerald Hall in April 1945, and by Elizabeth Hall Clark, a daughter of Fitzgerald Hall, individually and as co-executrix of his estate.
