Two' questions are presented by this appeal for our solution, namely; (1) Has the widow, Elizabeth A. Twin-am, waived her statutory right to the net proceeds of life insurance on the life of her deceased husband (payable to his “executors, administrators or assignees”) by a marriage settlement with him wherein she “waives all rights to and interest in the property and estate” when no specific mention is made of said insurance either in said settlement or in the will of said deceased husband; and (2) (if one above is answered in the negative) should a mortgage debt, to which these policies of…
