This case involves a claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. sections 621 et seq. (1988), with a pendent claim under sections 28-5-1 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws. The plaintiff, Dania Keisling, claims that her firing by the corporate defendant, SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc.
