This is an expedited appeal from an order entered in the District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri denying a motion to quash a subpoena duces tecum. In re Grand Jury Subpoena, No. 85-W-71-5 (W.D.Mo. Sept. 17, 1985) (order).
