Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Catena, J.), rendered October 31, 2000, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree, assault in the second degree (two counts), reckless endangerment in the first degree (three counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
