—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Rena Uviller, J.), rendered July 19, 1995, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of attempted robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree and assault in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 3Vs to 10 years, 2Vs to 7 years and 3Vs to 10 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
