Action in the district court for Pine county to determine the adverse claim of defendant to vacant and unoccupied land. The case was tried before Crosby, J., who found in favor of plaintiff. From a judgment entered pursuant to the findings, defendant appealed.

This is an action to determine the adverse claims of defendant to eighty acres of unoccupied land in Pine county. The answer denies that plaintiff owns the land, or has any interest therein, admits that it is vacant, and sets forth two tax judgments under which defendant claimed through mesne conveyances from purchasers at the tax sales.
