This is a diversity action for breach of contract filed by plaintiff North River Insurance Company against defendant Employers Reinsurance Corporation. Plaintiff alleges that it issued liability insurance policies to Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation (“Owens-Corning”), a company formerly engaged in the manufacture of insulation containing asbestos.
