*837Youth appeals a juvenile court judgment finding him within the court's delinquency jurisdiction for conduct that, if committed by an adult, would constitute riot, ORS 166.015. At the time of the incident in question, youth was on juvenile court probation for a previous adjudication of delinquency, and youth was found to have violated the conditions of his probation as a result of the incident.
