OPINION
JOHNSON, Judge.
Huff Contracting appeals a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board that set aside a portion of its settlement with Jimmy Sark which provided that Sark had waived payment of future medical expenses. The Board’s decision was a reversal of a decision by the Chief Administrative Law Judge (CALJ) that had overruled Sark’s motion to set aside the settlement agreement for lack of consideration, or in the alternative, to reopen his claim based on mistake, fraud, or constructive fraud.
