MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
DUPREE, District Judge.
This action was originally instituted on April 28, 1972 alleging the breach by defendant oil company of three written contracts covering the sale by defendant of petroleum products to plaintiffs, for resale in their business as distributors of such products. For the next year and a half, while the parties apparently negotiated for a settlement of their differences relating to these contracts, the defendant’s time for filing answer was repeatedly extended for periods of ninety days each.
